Giuseppe Acuto

I started in engineering, got pulled into research, and eventually ended up in industry. The path made sense looking back: the most interesting problems tend to live where technology meets human systems.

These days I split my time between building things and helping others figure out what to build. I work on products that should exist but do not yet. I help organizations see what they are actually trying to solve. The two feed each other.

What I find myself thinking about most: how AI, markets, and geopolitics are reshaping the way humans coordinate. Not the technology itself, but what happens to organizations, power, and decision-making when the ground keeps shifting.

This site is where I work through those questions. I write to figure out what I actually think.

Outside of work: nature, books, music, deep diving. Preferably all at once.
